Applicants under this Family Visa Canada route are allowed to enter the Canada as a fiancé (e) or proposed civil partner of a British citizen or a person who is settled in the Canada. They must intend to get married or register your civil partnership within 6 months of their arrival in the Canada, and settle here together afterwards.
A Canada Partner visa allows applicants, who are either a Spouse or Civil Partner or Unmarried Partner of a Canada citizen or a person who is settled status in the Canada, can come and live with their partners.
