Family Visas

The Canada Family visas are designed for migrants who can come to or remain in the Canada as the partners, children and elderly dependent relatives of people who are already in the Canada. It allows Canadian nationals, person with Indefinite Leave to Remain status.

Marriage Visa Canada/ Fiance Visa

Applicants under this Family Visa Canada route are allowed to enter the Canada as a fiancé (e) or proposed civil partner of a British citizen or a person who is settled in the Canada. They must intend to get married or register your civil partnership within 6 months of their arrival in the Canada, and settle here together afterwards.

Canada Partner Visa

A Canada Partner visa allows applicants, who are either a Spouse or Civil Partner or Unmarried Partner of a Canada citizen or a person who is settled status in the Canada, can come and live with their partners.
